• Experience reviewing candidates from Workable against hiring requirements and role-specific criteria.
• Experience preparing qualified candidate lists for hiring managers.
• Experience coordinating candidate tracking, follow-ups, and interview scheduling.
• Experience sourcing candidates for technical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience using sourcing platforms, communities, databases, channels, professional communities, online groups, and forums.
• Experience testing sourcing strategies and platforms.
• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and personalized outreach.
• Experience managing follow-up communications and candidate engagement.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with Clay.
• Proficiency with Workable.
• Proficiency with Monday.com.
• Proficiency with Slack.
• Experience with different sourcing platforms.
• English resume required.
• CEFR English proficiency level must be provided.
• Must create a Coconut VA Profile using the required template.
