Your tasks and responsibilities

• End to end responsibility for commercial and contract part in the projects internal and external
• Calculation of customer‑specific tenders in infrastructural facility management (soft services)
• Host of internal meetings (Commercial and contract meetings)
• In charge of development and submission of best in class commercial and contract proposal
• Leading Tender Project Commercial & Contract Team and develop best in class commercial and contractual solutions and achieve market leading hit rate

Your expertise

• Professional experience in the calculation of infrastructural facility management services
• Excellent communication organisation and time management skills
• Must be self‑motivated and deadline orientated
• Avantage English
