Remote work is available, with shifts from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience as a travel consultant, business travel consultant, or airline reservations agent.
• 3+ years GDS experience, either Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus.

• Book hotels, flights, car, and rail bookings using a GDS.
• Guide customers in self-service options on the App.
• Respond promptly, meeting SLA expectations.

You will be using your fluent German and English as well as GDS knowledge to support corporate travellers via the App, calls and emails. , up to 44,000 Euros plus benefits, Monday to Friday shifts between 7am and 7pm, homebased
