As a BDR, your mission is to fuel our revenue engine by identifying, engaging, and qualifying the right prospects for our B2B solutions. You act as the first point of contact for potential customers across the DACH region, with a strong focus on the German market. Through structured research and targeted outreach, you help uncover new business opportunities and ensure we connect with organizations where Hack The Box can drive real value.
Beyond outreach, you play a key role in shaping a healthy and predictable sales pipeline. You drive high‑quality discovery, assess prospect needs, and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to execute effective campaigns. By passing well‑qualified opportunities to our Account Executives, you directly contribute to the efficiency, focus, and success of the entire sales organisation.
