About the role

The institutional sales team provides an opportunity for you to take ownership and build your institutional/high‑net‑worth clientele. You will be a part of an exciting journey from onboarding a client to their first crypto instrument, to customizing a crypto product for your client that the market has never seen before. If you are in our operations team, you will work with stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers and sales managers to scale our expanding infrastructure.

Partnerships Business Development Manager

We are now seeking a Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth by building and nurturing relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This role will be instrumental in expanding our presence within high‑impact segments, ensuring long‑term success through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions tailored to the needs of high‑value customers.

Be at the forefront of Crypto.com's expansion into high‑value segments – Affiliates, VIPs, and Brokers. In this dynamic and fast‑growing crypto space, you will shape your network, creating meaningful partnerships that drive value for both Crypto.com and your clients.

You’ll take the lead in building strategic relationships with top Affiliates and Brokers, identifying high‑potential VIP clients, and customizing solutions that cater to their unique needs. From launching innovative affiliate campaigns to designing tailor‑made programs for brokers, every deal you close will strengthen Crypto.com's presence in the market.

Your creativity will be at the heart of this role – whether it's crafting new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to develop never‑before‑seen products for your partners.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and other local crypto leaders) to attract first‑time depositors and trades.
  • Find and grow partnerships with Brokers, enhancing Crypto.com's broker program and maintaining relationships with current brokers.
  • Identify and reach out to VIP clients.
  • Maintain existing KOL relationships and performance.
  • Provide timely, satisfactory, and trustworthy customer service and issue resolution to Crypto.com Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, liaising with the internal team and recommending improvements to management.
  • Track latest social media and blockchain influencer trends.
  • Attend conferences and represent Crypto.com in engagements with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs.
  • Conduct community outreach and attend crypto community gatherings.
  • Research market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
  • Draft and close client or partnership agreements.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, track feedback, and recommend product improvements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain in local markets, with existing relationships or knowledge of influential figures.
  • Network/book of contacts within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers.
  • 1+ years experience in the digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3/blockchain space.
  • 2+ years working experience selling financial products.
  • More experience may lead to a Senior Institutional Sales position.
  • Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing client or partner relationships, drafting documentation and agreements.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); presentation samples are welcome.
Compensation

€80,000 - €100,000 a year
