A leading crypto platform in Berlin is seeking a Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth by cultivating relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the crypto or blockchain space, with a proven ability to establish and manage client relationships. The institutional sales team provides an opportunity for you to take ownership and build your institutional/high‑net‑worth clientele. You will be a part of an exciting journey from onboarding a client to their first crypto instrument, to customizing a crypto product for your client that the market has never seen before. If you are in our operations team, you will work with stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers and sales managers to scale our expanding infrastructure.

You’ll take the lead in building strategic relationships with top Affiliates and Brokers, identifying high‑potential VIP clients, and customizing solutions that cater to their unique needs. From launching innovative affiliate campaigns to designing tailor‑made programs for brokers, every deal you close will strengthen Crypto.com's presence in the market.
Your creativity will be at the heart of this role – whether it's crafting new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to develop never‑before‑seen products for your partners.
