A renowned UK manufacturer is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand its European market presence. This field-based role involves building reseller networks, developing customer relationships, and working with senior leadership on sales strategies. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in external sales or business development, with knowledge of ISO 9001 procedures being advantageous. Proficiency in CRM systems and the ability to prioritize workloads are essential. This role offers a competitive salary, company car, bonus, and various benefits.
Salary: €90,000 + Car + 5% Company Bonus + Benefits
Location: Germany (field-based, with regular travel)
Holidays: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
Hours: 40 per week
Reports to: Sales Manager
