Role Overview

This is a leading sales role with primary focus on building robust relationships with decision makers in Hospitality with strong international & national footfall. The goal is to secure new customers to our core suite of hospitality products and services while managing exiting accounts within Germany and Central & East Europe. In parallel with his individual sales contribution, the role holder will report to the Senior Account Commercial - Germany.

What You’ll Do
  • Build an annual Sales Development plan. Develop and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business sales targets.
  • Retain existing customers and extend their service contracts.
  • Maximise revenue opportunities and ensure business is sufficiently profitable.
  • React to customer / partner queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work with supporting departments to resolve to a satisfactory standard.
  • Accurately complete sales documentation which supports the sale of services that include quotations, proposals and tenders.
  • Lead on the creation and delivery of new business presentations with customers.
  • Make sure that the CRM system is kept updated with customer and opportunity information in line with the KPI’s set by the manager.
  • Provide information to manager and other internal individuals / departments in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Work and contribute within the broader sales team, creating and promoting ideas to assist colleagues in the achievement of set objectives.
  • Work professionally, effectively and constructively to promote the company.
  • Carry out any additional duties which would be deemed by the manager and company to be in the best interest of the company and its customers.
Who You Are
  • Must have proven experience in new business sales, preferably within IPTV and networking Industry.
  • Must have previous sales experience to selling to hospitality operations and an understanding of hospitality technology.
  • Proven knowledge of current sales techniques and strong working knowledge of developing a sales pipeline and sales development plan.
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering new business targets.
  • A knowledge of the French hospitality industry would be an advantage.
  • Proven interpersonal and networking skills ideally in a similar sales environment.
  • Proven communication and team working skills.
  • Proven organizational, planning and sales preparation skills.
Additional Requirements
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
  • Excellent IT skills inc. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Corporate IT systems such as Outlook.
  • German / English speaker with medium / high-level of one Central / East European language.
  • Must have proven ability to architect and drive sales in a fast‑growing company (Passion for sales).
  • Must display evidence of resilience, drive, self‑control and personal presentation (Self‑management).
  • Must display integrity, reliability and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must have proven time management skills and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Must enjoy working in a fast growing and changing Company. Flexibility is essential (Change management).
  • Must be able to work with a dynamic sales team.
