In dieser Rolle steuern Sie den gesamten Verkaufsprozess von der Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Implementierung. Sie werden ein starkes Netzwerk in der chemischen Industrie aufbauen und pflegen, während Sie die strategische Marktentwicklung leiten. Ideale Kandidaten haben mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung und einen Masterabschluss in einem relevanten Bereich, sowie exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.

Qualifikationen

  • Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Business Development oder technischen B2B-Verkauf.
  • Fähigkeit, Geschäftsfälle zu erstellen und ROI zu modellieren.
  • Fließende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.

Aufgaben

  • Steuern Sie den gesamten Verkaufszyklus vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung.
  • Entwickeln und implementieren Sie CRM-Systeme zur Verfolgung von Leads.
  • Unterstützen Sie den CEO bei der Entwicklung der Marktstrategie.

Ihre Aufgaben

Drive commercial traction by identifying relevant application fields, acquiring industrial pilot partners, managing pilot projects end-to-end, and turning successful pilots into strong customer references and testimonials

Own the full sales cycle — from first outreach to contract signature and onboarding — while acting as the central bridge between customers and R&D to translate needs, validate requirements, and integrate feedback into product development

Build the Business Development function over time, with a clear path toward leading your own team as aevoloop grows

Build and maintain our ecosystem of partners, multipliers, and industry contacts; represent aevoloop externally and strengthen our position in the chemical and materials landscape

Implement and maintain CRM systems to track leads, customer contacts, and project progress; leverage digital tools and AI to optimize sales processes and systematically identify opportunities

Support our CEO with developing and executing our go-to-market strategy: analyze markets and applications, prioritize opportunities, build business cases, and define both pricing strategies and scalable licensing models

Ihr Profil

More than 3 years in Business Development or technical B2B sales in chemicals, materials, plastics, recycling or a related industrial field

Strong commercial skillset: able to build business cases, assess market potential, model ROI, and turn technical concepts into scalable business opportunities

Solid technical foundation through a relevant Master’s degree (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer / Materials Science, Industrial Engineering); confident communicating complex topics to engineers and executives

Excellent communication skills in German and English; confident in explaining complex topics to both engineers and executives

Lead-level mindset: strategic, opportunity-driven, and confident with customers — while staying structured, reliable, and hands‑on in execution

Entrepreneurial team player who thrives in cross‑functional environments and fast‑moving start‑up settings; bonus if you bring an industry network, circular economy insights or start‑up exposure
