Position Summary:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Trebuo Inc., you will be pivotal in expanding our footprint in the Nigerian market. Leveraging Trebuo's cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, you will identify, develop, and close deals with businesses across various industries, significantly contributing to our company's growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Nigerian market aligned with company-wide objectives.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads and prospects within the target market.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in Nigerian companies.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and their competitive landscape.
  • Prepare compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders, highlighting Trebuo's solutions and expertise.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Travel throughout Nigeria as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably within the Nigerian market.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business development goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the Nigerian business landscape and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and a working knowledge of Nigerian major languages.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel as required.
