Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer with knowledge of recruitment market and a strong interest in recruitment solutions for skilled foreign workers. This is a remote B2B contract role ideal for someone with 3+ years of B2B sales experience, who thrives on identifying and initiating high-potential deals—especially in the HR, staffing, or international recruitment sectors.

Your Mission
  • Identify and qualify new B2B leads in your local market and across Europe
  • Understand industry trends and labor mobility needs, especially around foreign talent placement
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of companies seeking international staffing solutions
  • Initiate outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Present tailored recruitment solutions that address local skills shortages and hiring challenges
  • Set up discovery calls and facilitate smooth transitions to the recruitment delivery team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine go-to-market and outreach strategies
  • Report regularly on pipeline health, lead quality, and business opportunities
Your Profile
  • 3+ years in business development or sales within B2B environments
  • Previous experience or knowledge of international recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services
  • Deep understanding of local hiring needs and cross-border workforce trends
  • Proven ability to open doors and develop early-stage business relationships
  • Fluent English; local language(s) a significant advantage
  • Confident using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools
  • Highly motivated, self-managed, and results-driven
