Qualifikationen

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager with a genuine passion for sports and the gaming industry to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of sports marketingideally within the DACH gaming market.

As a Brand Manager you will play a key role in developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen our brand presence engage our target audience and drive business growth.

Brand Strategy Development
  • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity awareness and loyalty within the iGaming sector.
  • Assist in defining brand positioning value proposition and key messaging that resonates with our target audience.
Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to inform brand strategies and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
Brand Communication
  • Oversee the creation and execution of sports and games marketing campaigns across digital social media content and offline channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Product & Promotions Coordination
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure brand alignment in new game launches and updates.
  • Develop and manage promotional activities tournaments and events to drive engagement and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with performance marketing product development and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in a marketing environment preferably within iGaming entertainment or sports.
  • Highly experienced in offline and online sports marketing or sponsorships.
  • Strong knowledge of the DACH media landscape.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools relevant to gaming or e-commerce.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and gaming.
