Zusammenfassung

Ein führendes Modeunternehmen sucht einen Trainee im Einzelhandel, um alltägliche Verantwortlichkeiten zu übernehmen und Führungskompetenzen zu entwickeln. Im 6-monatigen Programm lernen Sie die Arbeit als Verkaufsassistent intensiv kennen und steigen in Führungsrollen auf. Start your career now in our 6-month trainee program as a LEAD IN FASHION (m/f/d). Our trainee program prepares you specifically for a management position in the store within six months. You will start with a practical basic phase, in which you will get to know the work as a sales assistant intensively, and then go through training phases in the commercial and operations areas before gradually taking on responsibility in the management phase. You will be supported by workshops on key leadership topics such as communication, feedback, conflict and stress management, as well as systemic coaching sessions and regular feedback meetings. Together, we will find out which management position best suits your strengths.
