Estée Lauder Companies' Le Labo team in Munich is seeking a committed Beauty Advisor (m/f/x) with a passion for fragrance, art and craftsmanship to join a one-year fixed-term contract.

You will welcome clients, provide service-oriented product consultations, and present the universe of the brand through storytelling, while upholding Le Labo values. The role requires strong German and fluent English, with weekend work flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• You have great sensitivity to the world of perfumes.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in sales.
• You are a team player, dynamic and customer-focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good German language skills; English fluent is a plus.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients according to Le Labo standards.
• Provide service-oriented product consultation and sales at the highest level.
• Present the universe of the brand through storytelling and brand presentation.
• Represent and share the values and DNA of the brand.
• Co-responsible for achieving targets and implementing brand philosophy.
• Execute counter actions and promotions.
• Process orders and maintain the Le Labo store presentation.
