Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies’ Le Labo team in Berlin seeks a committed Beauty Advisor (m/f/x) with a passion for fragrance, art, design and craftsmanship. This one-year fixed-term contract offers room for ambition and creative ideas while providing regular training and opportunities to participate in Le Labo events.

You will welcome clients to Le Labo, provide service-focused product consultations at the highest level, and present the universe of the brand through storytelling.

Qualifications

• You have at least 3 years of professional sales experience.
• You are a team player and dynamic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good German language skills.
• Business fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients according to Le Labo standards
• Service-oriented product consultation and sales at the highest level
• Presenting the universe of the brand through storytelling
• Master, represent and share the values and DNA of the brand
• Co-responsible for target achievement and implementation of the brand philosophy
• Execute counter actions and promotions
• Accepting and processing orders
• Maintenance of Le Labo store and qualified presentation of goods
