Job summary

Le Labo in Cologne is seeking a committed Beauty Advisor (m/f/x) for a part-time 15 hours/week, on a one-year fixed-term contract. You will welcome clients, provide high-level product consultations, and present the universe of the brand through storytelling.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sales experience, excellent German and business English, and a collaborative, flexible approach including weekend work.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in German; business English required.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Passion for fragrance and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients according to Le Labo standards.
• Provide service-oriented product consultation and sales.
