Avionics Development Engineer (m/f/d)

Our Avionics Team is searching for a motivated person to work as Avionics Development Engineer (m/f/d). You enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for high-performance engineering solutions in aerospace technology? Then apply for us.

Your Tasks
  • Define,simulate, and review the safety-critical electronic hardware according torequirement specification
  • Specificationand support of system validation and verification according to acceptablemeans of compliance
  • Verifyvarious system and subsystem level designs and the integrations betweenthem
  • Analysisof system requirements based on ECSS and generate subsystem requirements
  • Closecooperation with other disciplines
Your Qualifications
  • B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
  • Relevantexperience (2 – 5 years) for aerospace, automotive or high reliabilitysystems and motivation to participate in the NEW Space
  • You’redisciplined with documentation and understand the value of configurationcontrol, traceability, and design reviews
  • Youthrive in an environment where autonomy, accountability, and highstandards are expected
  • A goodunderstanding of interconnecting avionics components and theirdependencies, including the requirements and limitations imposed bymission definition and design.
  • A goodunderstanding of Electronic hardware designs
  • Abilityto review design schematics
  • Knowledgeon electromechanical actuators is a plus
  • Knowledgeon Altium Designer is a plus
  • Abilityto work effectively and independently
  • Fluentoral and written English skills (all day-to-day activities are performedin English)
  • Bonus:Familiarity with electrical load analysis and power distribution sizing
  • Bonus:Working knowledge of relevant environmental tests and qualificationstandards (e.g., ECSS, MIL-STD-810, DO-160)
