Join us as a Corporate Finance Analyst (m/f/d) at Reverion!

Your Mission

• Reporting to the CFO, you structure and raise equity and debt financing to enable the scale-up of our production and business operation
• Co-develop and enhance financial models that form the backbone of financing efforts and management decisions
• Prepare and maintain investor materials including pitch decks, models, valuation analysis, and data room content
• Evaluation of strategic projects, partnerships and M&A opportunities and preparation of sound and concise content for negotiations
• Prepare investor and board reporting and support investor relations and requests

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field, Master and CFA are a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting fundraising in a growth company, investment banking or venture capital
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Proactive, taking ownership of your tasks and feeling comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment at a high pace
• Fluent in English and ideally German
• Passion for sustainable energy and disruptive innovation
