A German engineering and construction firm in Wiesbaden is seeking an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support management and project teams. The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, coordinate international travel, and oversee office operations. This role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, excellent bilingual communication skills in German and English, and proficiency in MS Office.
