Do you have a university or technical college degree in surveying, geodesy, geomatics, geography, geoinformatics or do you have many years of professional experience in surveying? What You Will Do

• Act as the interface between product management, customers, and development.
• Capture product requirements, prepare them for development, and review their subsequent implementation.
• Share your knowledge of new developments with our support departments or with project customers through training.
• Drive enthusiasm for our software products (Trimble Access, Trimble Business Center, and Trimble Connect) and the underlying modern technologies.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
• Support product management in solution design workshops, analysis, and understanding of customer needs.
• Conduct testing of new product features and workflows.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Preferably a degree in surveying, geomatics, geography, or a geodetic engineering background, or an experienced surveyor.
• Deep understanding of surveying processes from data collection to data analysis.
• Proficiency with survey data processing (GIS, CAD, scanning, GNSS, and total stations).
• Customer‑focused and results‑oriented with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex technical challenges.
• Ability to assess market needs, evaluate options, and document requirements.
• Self‑starter, goal‑oriented, and a collaborative team player.
• German and English language proficiency (B1-B2 required).

This position is available in our offices in Brunswick and Stuttgart in hybrid mode or on a full remote basis within Germany. We are excited to offer you a permanent full‑time position (38.5 hours per week) with 30 days of annual leave where you’ll contribute to an inspiring and collaborative work environment.
