Do you have a university or technical college degree in surveying, geodesy, geomatics, geography, geoinformatics or do you have many years of professional experience in surveying? You will be part of an established and welcoming team in Germany working on mature products for the global surveying and GIS community in a dynamic and innovative environment. What You Will Do
  • Act as the interface between product management, customers, and development.
  • Capture product requirements, prepare them for development, and review their subsequent implementation.
  • Share your knowledge of new developments with our support departments or with project customers through training.
  • Drive enthusiasm for our software products (Trimble Access, Trimble Business Center, and Trimble Connect) and the underlying modern technologies.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
  • Support product management in solution design workshops, analysis, and understanding of customer needs.
  • Conduct testing of new product features and workflows.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
  • Preferably a degree in surveying, geomatics, geography, or a geodetic engineering background, or an experienced surveyor.
  • Deep understanding of surveying processes from data collection to data analysis.
  • Proficiency with survey data processing (GIS, CAD, scanning, GNSS, and total stations).
  • Customer‑focused and results‑oriented with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to assess market needs, evaluate options, and document requirements.
  • Self‑starter, goal‑oriented, and a collaborative team player.
  • German and English language proficiency (B1-B2 required).

This position is available in our offices in Brunswick and Stuttgart in hybrid mode or on a full remote basis within Germany. We are excited to offer you a permanent full‑time position (38.5 hours per week) with 30 days of annual leave where you’ll contribute to an inspiring and collaborative work environment. You’ll be part of a dynamic German and international team of experts working in a role that offers long‑term security and equitable compensation.
