Aera Verlag GmbH is seeking a dedicated staff member for their Systems Department. This role involves providing user support, maintaining systems, and managing projects to enhance the systems portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a member of staff to work in our growing Systems Department, which is a core area of our school group. As part of this forward-thinking team, there are plenty of opportunities to learn and develop new skills in the development of our systems portfolio, including iSAMS, My School Portal, SchoolPost, SOCS, OpenApply, Microsoft Teams and Seesaw. We use these systems pro-actively to support the academic and business needs of the organisation, including self-hosting our iSAMS solution and engaging extensively with SQL scripting and SSRS reporting.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for ensuring customer happiness of our users (pupils, parents and staff) and keeping on top of tasks within a busy and varied field of work.
