In this role you will : - Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.- Share your in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers work closely with partners and create new owners of our products.- Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products accessories and services.- Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.- Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.- Ensure that all Apple fixtures product exposures and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apples standards.- Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escape issues for timely effective resolution.- Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations sharing the latest sales promotions and encouraging adoption of Apple platform.
