Our Equity Syndicate team is part of the Investment Banking Division and is responsible for all our equity capital markets activity across Europe. The department covers all equity-related capital market transactions such as Initial Public Offerings, Capital Increases and Secondary Placings in Europe and has built a strong reputation as one of the leading equity capital markets houses, particularly in the DACH region and the UK, with a growing presence in the rest of Europe.
The team in Frankfurt offers a modern, dynamic and ambitious working environment with a steep learning curve. From day one, you will gain hands‑on exposure to live transactions and work closely with senior bankers, investors and internal stakeholders.
