Role overview

As an AI Transformation Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation initiatives that leverage cutting‑edge technologies to deliver tangible results. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their unique business needs and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Your expertise in data mining, AI, and smart automation will be instrumental in converting data into actionable insights and scalable solutions.

What you do :

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs, tailoring solutions, and driving tangible results.
• Deliver end‑to‑end business transformation, from discovery, design, implementation, and adoption of solutions that leverage data mining, AI (including GenAI), and smart automation aligned with the client’s strategy and processes.
• Convert data into business insights and prioritized improvement measures via process analysis; prototype AI solutions and partner with engineering to productionize and scale.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership and drive business development, including new service offerings, client pitches, and proposals.
• Play an active role in internal capability building, community engagement, and knowledge sharing within Allianz Services.

What you bring :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Management & Technology, Computer / Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in consulting, analytics, or operations (insurance or financial services a plus), with hands‑on delivery of digital / automation or analytics initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into insight‑driven narratives.
• Good understanding of Agentic AI, Machine Learning, process automation, both technically and conceptually, ability to prototype solutions.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python; experience with enterprise cloud / data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is an advantage.
• Solid project management, structured problem‑solving, customer‑orientated mindset, strong communication skills, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; German at B2 level or higher is a strong advantage.
• Curiosity for emerging technology, teamwork, and accountability for results.
