We are Christian, Chetan, Miro, Stanley and Alex and we are looking for an AI Engineer (m/f/d) to further advance the genAI area at AOE! If you want to contribute your knowledge to innovative customer projects, develop new solutions and bring AI agents to life - then come and join us.

• Develop AI-powered solutions – You design and build AI agents, Conversational AI, and enterprise AI platforms that create real value
• Select technologies & frameworks – You choose the right AI technologies & frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face) and apply them effectively
• Integrate LLMs & generative models – You integrate LLMs and generative models into existing applications and optimize their performance
• Develop & optimize RAG applications – You create RAG applications and enhance their information retrieval processes for more accurate and efficient results
• Automate workflows & implement MLOps – You automate workflows and set up MLOps processes to enable continuous integration & deployment for ML models
• Advise customers & develop PoCs – You consult customers on the potential of generative AI, develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and contribute innovative ideas to new projects

What you bring along

• Experience in software development & generative AI – You have solid experience in software development and have worked on multiple generative AI projects
• Programming & data processing skills – You are proficient in programming languages like Python, R, or Java, as well as data processing tools like Pandas, Spark, or SQL
• Knowledge of retrieval technologies & AI platforms – You have expertise in retrieval technologies (e.g., Lucene, GraphDB, Vector DB) and AI platforms
• Understanding of Machine Learning & NLP – You have a strong grasp of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP, with in-depth knowledge of LLMs
• Collaboration & innovation – You actively drive AI solutions and work on AI-team projects, while also supporting other teams in developing and implementing AI solutions
• Strong communication in German & English – You are fluent in German & English and can communicate your ideas clearly and effectively
