After Sales Funnel and Performance Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Drive global After Sales KPI tracking aligned to market strategy; maintain a live dashboard, deliver variance analysis and gap‑closure actions
  • Manage the service‑contract pipeline across the fleet to boost coverage, conversion, and renewal health, supported by playbooks and governance cadences
  • Forecast churn and revenue; run scenario planning to inform long‑term decisions and resource allocation
  • Strengthen cash‑flow discipline by monitoring DSO/overdues and enforcing contractual obligations using toolkits tailored to customer profiles and root causes
  • Oversee availability compensation/bonus outcomes; classify root causes, support negotiations, and convert cases into product sales where possible
  • Elevate regional capability through training, best‑practice sharing, regular cross‑regional syncs and feedback loops; improve service‑to‑invoice timeliness and quality with Region Support

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in Commercial Operations/After Sales/Sales/Services within complex, international environments
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficient with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP), BI (Power BI/SAC), advanced Excel; collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strengths in strategic thinking, data‑driven decision‑making, process design, change management, executive stakeholder management, and cross‑cultural communication
  • Core competencies: influence without authority, structured problem‑solving, commercial acumen, governance & risk management, program management, and compelling storytelling
  • Languages: fluent English and German; additional languages are a plus
  • Possibility for more than60 % remote work (home office)
