Jobtailor is seeking an HR analytics professional to drive data-driven insights across performance improvement and compliance initiatives. You will analyze information, manage complex employment transactions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable HR solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3–4 years HR experience, proficiency with Workday and case management systems, and CEBS/PHR/SHRM-CP certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Research, collect, and analyze information to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
• Collaborate on performance improvement activities and distribute analytical reports.
• Use multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports, and develop educational materials.
• Research and compile information for ad hoc operational projects and initiatives.
• Synthesize and analyze data, present trends graphically, and recommend practical solutions.
• Manage complex employment transactions, including promotions, job changes, supervisor organization, mass changes, EIB workflows, eligibility decisions, and MTA support.
• Resolve high-level escalations and complex Workday employment transactions.
• Deliver case resolution while maintaining SLA standards.
• Respond to HR inquiries involving benefits administration, HRIS systems, and policy interpretation.
• Provide accurate case documentation and tracking in the case management system.
• Provide training, guidance, and peer shadowing for employment processes.
• Conduct auditing, data validation, and root cause analysis.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with ministries, boards, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support workflow and system changes.
• Coordinate project management activities, including requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Apply change management practices and mentor peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience
• Equivalent experience to include 3-4 years previous human resources and/or related corporate compliance experience
• Experience with Workday, vendor management and case management systems
• A CEBS or PHR, SHRM-CP certification is preferred
