Jobtailor seeks a Senior Workday Data Conversion Consultant to lead data conversion efforts across client engagements. You will design, validate, and deploy data conversion strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams on Workday implementations.

Responsibilities include testing, move-to-production, and guiding clients, with focus on delivering accurate data conversions and maintaining strong relationships. Experience with EIBs, AMS/PS support, and ticketing systems is valued.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of consulting experience leading, building, validating, and conducting Workday data conversion for multiple functional areas
• Experience with Workday implementation
• Experience with EIBs, Advanced Loads, Object Transporter, and loading baseline configuration
• AMS/Post-Production Support experience is a plus
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, SalesForce, or ZenDesk is preferred
• Strong, agile communication and presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (visa sponsorship not available)

Aufgaben

• Provide consulting services on client engagements with limited direction
• Build, validate, and conduct data conversion and strategy for third-party systems into Workday
• Design, architect, develop, and deploy functional business process, data conversion, and reporting solutions
• Understand client business requirements and provide design guidance and prototyping
• Assist clients with testing and move-to-production efforts
• Partner with Engagement Managers on project status and changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure communication and project alignment
• Maintain forecasts accurately and on time
• Assist the Sales team with orals, demos, and LOEs
• Stay current on Workday best practices and enhancements
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Contribute to the development of ERPA's Workday practice
