Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an HRIS/Payroll Systems Analyst to provide training and support for HR systems including SAP, SuccessFactors, and e-HR. You will generate standard monthly reports and support ad hoc queries.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll and Benefits teams, troubleshoot interfaces, tests SAP changes, and manage user security. Strong Excel and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience working with HRIS/Payroll systems
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Technical documentation skills
• Functional knowledge of HR/Benefit/Payroll legal requirements, business processes and best practices
• Demonstrated time management, organizational and customer service skills

Aufgaben

• Provide training and support to end users of HR Systems, including e-HR, Time Managers Workplace, SuccessFactors, and SAP
• Deliver monthly standard HR reporting
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits staff to develop ad hoc queries and new standard reporting
• Troubleshoot and test third-party inbound and outbound interface files
• Troubleshoot and understand SAP technical solutions
• Complete end-user acceptance testing for SAP break/fix and enhancement changes
• Manage HR System user security
• Identify enhancements and efficiencies to support continuous improvement of HR systems
