The role requires 7+ years in HR systems, strong ADP expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions, with travel up to 10%.

• Lead or support cross-functional projects like upgrades and analytics enhancements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship without formal people leadership.

• Explore and apply emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, to improve automation, data accuracy, and user experience
• Oversee day-to-day HRIS administration, data integrity, and user access management
• Conduct audits, maintain system security, ensure compliance, and uphold data governance standards
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to translate needs into system and reporting solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for system integrations, data governance, and technical enhancements
• Identify and implement process improvements, integrations, and workflow optimizations
• Lead or support cross-functional projects such as system upgrades, process redesigns, and data and analytics enhancements
• Provide guidance, mentorship, or subject matter expertise to others without formal people leadership responsibilities
• Perform other functions, duties, and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience in HR systems administration, reporting, and analytics
• Proficient working with ADP
• Deep understanding of HRIS concepts, data structures, and integration principles
• Expertise in HR data analysis, reporting, and visualization
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and analytics solutions
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to identify and implement process and system improvements
• Awareness of emerging HR technologies, including AI and automation
• Commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and governance
• Regular and punctual attendance
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Master's Degree and HR/HR technology certification are preferred, not required
