  • Build a strong network with customers, decision makers and local opinion leaders.
  • Prepare and conduct customer events and workshops; participate in trade shows and congresses.
  • Maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Commercial or medical training or an equivalent qualification.
  • Basic medical knowledge preferred.
  • Professional experience in sales, ideally in medical devices and practice support.

  • Enthusiasm for sales, new customer acquisition and willingness to travel.
  • Independent, structured and reliable work style plus strong teamwork skills.
  • Experience with standard office software.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is taken for granted.
  • Fluent German and basic English proficiency.
Benefits you can look forward to
  • A competitive compensation package with numerous benefits, such as an attractive pension scheme.
  • Dynamic team in an innovative international company.
  • Independent, varied role with ample freedom to shape work.
  • Extensive onboarding and ongoing learning opportunities through training.
  • Open, friendly and fair working climate.
  • Flexible working time models, 30 vacation days and the option for additional leave.
  • Wide range of health offerings like JobRad, Employee Assistance Programme and sports discounts.
  • Additional benefits such as variable benefits, corporate benefits programme.
  • Company car for private use and mobile IT equipment.
  • Opportunity to improve lives of patients worldwide.

Central to our commitment is the belief that diversity underpins innovation, creativity and problem solving. We invite you to join a team that champions authenticity and where every employee, regardless of background or attributes, feels a genuine sense of belonging.

We also welcome applications from people who do not meet all criteria of the profile. Determination, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.
