  • 🤝 Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the German markets
  • 🚀 Onboard customers from day one after signature and guide them through the entire lifecycle.
  • 💡 Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team
  • 🚀 Continuously improve customer experience and streamlining processes
  • 📊 Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seeking out potential partnerships, keeping ahead of industry developments
  • 🧠 Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation
What Makes You a Great Fit ✅
  • 🎯 Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers
  • ⚙️ Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering
  • 🌱 Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem
  • Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact
  • 🌍 Excellent communication and presentation abilities in German and English
