Qualifikationen

About the Job

We are a fast-scaling startup and are looking for a driven Account Executive (m / f / d) to accelerate our growth journey in the SaaS space . You will be one of the first members of the newly shaped GTM Team and take ownership of the entire deal process from first client contact to signed contract.You will help potential customers understand how Certivity creates real business value and guide them through every step of the journey with structure empathy and addition you will help to shape Certivitys GTM motion and scale the team for further members.

What you will do
  • Qualify manage and close new B2B customers while owning your sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and guide them through the evaluation process.
  • Run product demos Proof of Value and business case creation to demonstrate ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts and coordinate handovers with Solution Engineers for implementation.
  • Continuously refine sales strategies and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and results.
Your profile
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales ideally in a technical industrial or regulated environment.
  • Strong ability to advise and guide clients through complex evaluation processes building trust through expertise and clarity.
  • Hands-on mindset : You are working in a solution-oriented way staying pragmatic and focussing on measurable results.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot Monday) and comfort using sales metrics to manage your pipeline.
  • Initial exposure to topics like technical compliance or requirements engineering is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1) are a must.
