Financial Management
  • Collaboration with the managing partner for financial updates of the profit and loss statement.
  • Achieving profitability targets and cost control with a gross margin target of XX%.
  • Fostering organic growth and identifying internal opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with client business goals.
  • Conducting regular review meetings and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Initiating conversations about Oliver's AI technology with clients.
Team Management
  • Efficiently managing the team, allocating resources, and maintaining team morale and productivity.
  • Ensuring the team’s resource utilisation aligns with agreed percentages for each role.
  • Meeting team training requirements and fostering additional training opportunities.
Client Management
  • Providing monthly performance reports (MI‑Reports) with key metrics and insights.
  • Responding to client inquiries within 48 hours.
  • Planning regular on‑site work days with current and prospective clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of experience in marketing account management or similar roles in an agency environment.
  • Fluency in German (native) and English (fluent).
  • Successful development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and leading a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective client management.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels and practices.
  • Financial competence for budgeting and account profitability optimization.
  • Outstanding organisational ability and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking for developing innovative marketing solutions.
  • Client‑centric with strong commitment to exceptional service and results.
  • Understanding of current marketing technologies and platforms.
  • Capability to analyse marketing data to develop strategies.
  • Up‑to‑date with marketing and advertising trends and best practices.
