Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding (Colombia) S.A.S. in GSC BOG seeks a Team Leader Senior AFR to guide the AFR management team and drive operational excellence.

You will measure program performance, ensure compliance with quality standards, and collaborate with process owners and partners to optimize capacity and data accuracy. Strong leadership, English proficiency, and Excel skills are required, with Portuguese knowledge considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Min 4 years of work experience.
• Min 2 years of experience leading teams.
• High level English (dialogue, writing, listening).
• High level of Portuguese (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Actively lead the team of AFR Managers in charge, achieving operational excellence through respect and results.

• Ensure processes comply with quality standards and administrative rules.

• GSConnect usage and information accuracy.

• Measure and control the performance of the program and resources according to the objectives defined during the implementation phase.
• Control the processes within the quality standards and guarantee the compliance with administrative rules.
• Actively participate and maintain an excellent relationship with process owners/ business partners.
• Provide timely feedback for the team in charge.
• Define the processes, KPI (SMART), roles within the programs and find opportunities for improvement according to the needs of the client with the support of OpEx & Transition Manager.
• Analyze and present the capacity utilization of the programs in charge.
• GSConnect usage and accuracy of the information.

Skills / Requirements

• Professionals in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.
• Min 4 years of work experience
• Min 2 Years of experience leading teams.
• Previous experience in project management (Desirable), active leadership, and teamwork.
• High level of English (dialogue, writing, listening).
• High level of Portuguese (Desirable)
• Advanced level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
