Kyndryl seeks a strategic Account Director to lead relationships with its most significant customers from Medellín, Colombia. You’ll build deep executive connections and bring global expertise to solve complex business challenges.

You will shape growth, manage the end-to-end sales process, and drive profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction in a hybrid, partially remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience running account P&L.
• Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
• Experience managing sales process end-to-end.
• Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
• Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute account strategies to grow and retain key accounts.
• Expand scope by identifying new opportunities and capabilities.
• Drive renewals and upsell to maximize account value.
• Own the P&L and ensure customer satisfaction, integrity and compliance.
