INGEPSY in Manizales, CAL, Colombia, is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure, including AWS and Kubernetes resources, and to work with service mesh technologies to keep systems secure and performant.

You will design reliable platform services, monitor performance, optimize bottlenecks, and collaborate with leadership to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues with ownership and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 4+ years server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years API design & development (REST/gRPC).
• 2+ years AWS and Kubernetes with service mesh experience.
• 2+ years building advanced architectural components.
• 6+ months with LLMs or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of AI-native SDLC usage (Claude Code/Cowork).
• Excellent communication, fast learner, ownership mindset.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries, ensuring security.
• Implement best practices to optimize development processes.
