AgileEngine is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core infrastructure supporting rapid growth. You will manage AWS and Kubernetes resources, design scalable platform services, and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to keep systems secure and high performing.

The role emphasizes distributed architecture, AI-native tooling, and modern service design. Strong communication and ownership are valued, with flexible work options including remote/hybrid arrangements.

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year of API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, plus Service Mesh tech (Istio/Linkerd/Cilium).
• 1+ year of building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching).
• 6+ months working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code/Cowork.
• Excellent communication, fast learner, and ownership mindset.

• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance; identify bottlenecks.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries with security and reliability.
• Implement best practices to optimize development processes and efficiency.
