AgileEngine is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid growth. You will build reliable platform services, manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure.

You will work with distributed architecture and AI-native tooling, ensuring security and operational excellence while communicating progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year of API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including service mesh techs (Istio/Linkerd/Cilium).
• 1+ year of building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset.

• Implement best practices and tooling to improve development efficiency.
