AgileEngine, LLC. in Pereira, Colombia is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid company growth. You will work with AWS, Kubernetes, and AI-native tooling to keep systems performant and secure across distributed services.

You will collaborate with engineering and data science teams, implement best practices, and communicate project status to senior leadership while owning critical platform components.

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year of API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including service mesh tech (Istio/Linkerd/Cilium or similar).
• 1+ year building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication, quick learning, and ownership mindset.

• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries with security and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices and tools to optimize development processes.
