AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer in Cartagena, Colombia to build scalable core infrastructure and cloud resources. You will design reliable services, manage AWS and Kubernetes, and work with service mesh technologies to ensure performance and security.

You will implement best practices, monitor systems, and drive infrastructure improvements while communicating with senior leadership on status and risks. Flexibility includes hybrid work with options for remote work as needed.

Formación

• 4+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript
• 3+ years of API design and development (REST/gRPC)
• 2+ years AWS and Kubernetes with Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd/Cilium)
• 2+ years building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, distributed caching, etc.)
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code or Claude Cowork
• Excellent communication, fast learner, ownership mindset
