AgileEngine in Medellín is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core platform services across cloud and data science teams, enabling rapid growth and reliable operations. You will work with AWS and Kubernetes, focusing on reliability, security, and distributed architecture, with emphasis on AI-native tooling and collaboration with engineering and data science teams.

• 3+ years server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year API design and REST/gRPC development.
• 1+ year AWS and Kubernetes experience, incl Istio/Linkerd/Cilium.
• 1+ year building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset.
