AgileEngine, LLC. in Cartagena de Indias seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid company growth and enterprise-grade reliability.

You will manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, implement service mesh technologies, optimize performance, and enable AI-native tooling across distributed systems. The role requires strong ownership, proactive collaboration with stakeholders, and excellent communication.

Formación

• 4+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years API design and development, including REST/gRPC.
• 2+ years AWS and Kubernetes, with Istio/Linkerd/Cilium experience.
• 2+ years building architectural components (services, streaming, caching).
• 6+ months experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of AI-native SDLC tooling usage (Claude, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset.
