INGEPSY, a growing global talent company, is seeking an Internal Operations Manager to own contractor operations and internal systems. You will build processes from scratch, manage the full lifecycle of contractors and associates, and create tools to enable the team to scale smoothly.

This hands-on, execution-first role requires startup experience and comfort with ambiguity. You will design SOPs, dashboards, and automations using Claude AI and CRM tools, coordinate procurement, and serve as the

• 3+ years in operations, project management, or business administration in startup or early-stage env.
• Ability to build processes and systems from scratch without a defined playbook.
• Hands-on with Claude AI, Claude Cowork, or similar AI for automations.
• Experience managing contractor lifecycles including onboarding/offboarding and payroll.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to coordinate under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Own contractor and associate lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and performance tracking.
• Serve as primary operations contact for contractors and associates across systems and processes.
• Monitor deliverables, flag issues early, ensure accuracy across engagements.
• Maintain records in Notion, Slack, and CRM tools.
• Build SOPs, processes, and internal workflows from scratch.
• Identify bottlenecks and fix day-to-day inefficiencies proactively.
• Develop automations and tools using Claude AI or similar platforms.
• Handle procurement requests and vendor relationships for internal team.
