INGEPSY is seeking an Implementation Specialist to oversee configuration, adoption, and delivery of solutions for clients and internal teams. The role emphasizes coordinating implementation projects, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful onboarding.

The candidate will work with clients and cross-functional teams, manage timelines, validate configurations, and provide user training and documentation to drive effective adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage implementation projects from planning through completion.
• Gather and analyze client or business requirements to understand implementation needs.
• Configure systems, platforms, tools, or solutions according to established requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, task trackers, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Monitor implementation progress, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Conduct system testing, configuration validation, and implementation quality checks.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues and technical challenges.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to users during onboarding and implementation.
• Maintain accurate implementation documentation, configuration records, and project reports.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and required actions to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate data migration, system integrations, or configuration activities when applicable.
• Support user acceptance testing and ensure requirements are properly validated.
• Assist with post-implementation support and follow-up activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, efficiency, and user experience.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to improving implementation methodologies and best practices.
