INGEPSY is seeking a highly organized, proactive Operations Specialist to support and optimize day-to-day business operations, improve processes, and ensure operational activities are completed efficiently and accurately.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• Experience in operations or similar roles.
• Experience documenting processes and workflows.
• Experience preparing reports and tracking operational performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally across teams.
• English proficiency may be required for collaboration with English-speaking teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operational processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor activities, deadlines, and deliverables for timely completion.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies; propose practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal systems.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Track KPIs and provide insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate with teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve requests.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and workflows.
• Support implementation of new processes and initiatives.
• Ensure information is updated across business systems.
