INGEPSY is seeking an Operations Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain automated systems that remove manual friction and connect financial data with project management tools. This role focuses on system architecture and real-time operational visibility.

Key responsibilities include building pipelines from Aspire, automating workflows in ClickUp, and using Claude to generate daily briefs and insights.

Formación

• Proven ability to extract financial data and integrate it into project platforms (e.g., Aspire).
• Experience building automated workflows and dashboards for operational visibility.
• Hands-on with AI/LLM tools to automate reporting and insights.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain automated pipelines to pull budget-to-actual data from Aspire into the project ecosystem.
• Design and deploy automated workflows in ClickUp to convert tasks into structured items.
• Leverage Claude to synthesize project status updates into concise daily briefings.
• Audit workflows to remove bottlenecks and replace with scalable automation logic.
• Create dashboards showing project health, resource use, and budget performance.
