INGEPSY is seeking a Project & Operations Coordinator to help leadership stay focused by bringing structure, accountability, and visibility to day-to-day operations. You will organize projects primarily in Notion, track actions, deadlines, and notes while ensuring initiatives stay on schedule.

Formación
- 2+ years in project coordination, operations, or related roles.
- Strong tracking, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with Notion and at least one alternative PM tool.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and documenting meetings.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate projects and tasks in Notion; track deadlines and action items.
- Maintain operational visibility and prepare meeting notes and agendas.
- Communicate with leadership and stakeholders to keep priorities moving.
- Develop repeatable workflows and improve internal coordination.
- Attend meetings, capture decisions, and ensure timely execution.
- Support executives with day-to-day administrative tasks.
