INGEPSY is hiring a Senior Business Operations Specialist to act as the operational backbone of a fast-scaling investment management firm. This fully remote role focuses on finance, fund operations, and AI automations, with a strong emphasis on NAV review, investor transactions, and capital activity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of fund-ops experience, fluent English, and a proven ability to build automated workflows that reduce manual tasks.

Formación

• Native / C2 near-native English (written and spoken).
• 5+ years running hands-on fund operations including NAV cycle, investor transactions, and capital activity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee finance, fund operations & accounting including NAV production and month-end close coordination.
• Manage investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and KYC/AML onboarding.
