INGEPSY is seeking an Operations Analyst to keep reports updated and ensure data integrity across our TMS and USPS Portal. You will help leadership make data-driven decisions by monitoring performance and identifying trends, while maintaining accurate records.

The role is remote and the company provides equipment. You will dispute service failures, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and ensure deadlines are met.

Formación

• 1–2 years in logistics or operations coordination.
• Experience with TMS and updating customer information.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide insights to help leadership make data-driven decisions.
• Monitor business performance and trends to keep reports up-to-date.
• Maintain accurate records within the TMS and USPS Portal.
• Proactively dispute service failures and escalate issues as needed.
