Porch Group, a leading home services software and insurance platform, seeks a Business Development Representative to drive inbound lead qualification and outbound outreach for its Inspection & Real Estate team. You will connect with prospective customers, understand their needs, and route qualified opportunities to Account Executives for demos or calls.

The role emphasizes outbound and inbound outreach, relationship-building, and achieving metrics for lead conversion and activity.

Formación

• 3+ years in business development or inside sales.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Experience selling to SMBs or engaging with SMB customers.
• Proven CRM experience and ability to manage leads in a structured way.
• Strong listening, discovery, and rapport-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and qualify inbound leads across phone, live chat, email, and SMS.
• Ask discovery questions to understand each prospect’s business, needs, current solution, and interest level.
• Develop knowledge of Porch Group’s home inspection software platforms to identify the right solution.
• Convert qualified prospects into AE opportunities via live transfers, booked demos, or scheduled calls.
• Conduct outbound outreach and follow-up with engaged prospects and re-engagement lists.
• Maintain accurate prospect activity, qualification details, and notes in Salesforce.
• Aim to meet team goals on response time, conversion, and outbound activity.
